Ens Lexus & Ens Toyota

This project entailed the construction of a new Lexus store and a new Toyota store. Each facility consists of a showroom/office area, service areas, and a drive thru and lube station. The buildings are pre-engineered with exterior finishes comprising of glass curtain wall, EIFS and alucobond panels. The scope of work also included the coordination and installation of owner-supplied car washes, vacuum and shop equipment.

The main floor area of the Lexus store is 1,700 sq. m (18,300 sq. ft.) and the second level is 391 sq. m (4,210 sq. ft.). Special features of the Lexus facility included the stainless steel post and glass railings as well as the 2×4 tile in the showroom.

The main floor area of the Toyota store is 4,503 sq. m. (48,480 sq. ft) on the main floor and 1,212 sq. m (13,050 sq. ft.) on the second level.

Associated site development included asphalt paved parking, concrete curbs, and landscaped areas.
