Location: Fort Saskatchewan, AB
Graham provided construction services for the Shell ULSD (Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel) project. The project started with the underground and foundation package, followed by the module and equipment setting package. The last contract awarded was the main mechanical package.
The foundation package included 2,800 cubic meters of concrete. 400 tons of steel made up the structural scope. The equipment setting consisted of 2 compressors, 19 pumps, 6 modules, 7 coolers, 4 large dressed vessels including an 80 ton reactor. The piping work installed 2,400 spools for a total length of 11,000 feet tested in 400 pressure packages.
