The Alexan Bothell project, located in downtown Bothell, WA, is a mixed-use building being constructed by Graham, the selected general contractor. With a total area of 542,000 sf, the building will feature 369 residential rental units.

The project consists of three levels of post-tensioned concrete podium and four levels of wood-framed structure. It boasts high-quality residential finishes and a unique tapered roof framing package.
