Shaganappi Pump Station

The scope of work included the construction of a new potable water pumping station, tying into the existing water feedermains. The pump station is critical in providing potable water to over 200,000 Calgarians and is the City’s largest pump station.

This pump station replaces a 40-year-old facility, whose aging infrastructure has become uneconomical to maintain. The new pump station increases functionality and redundancy, ensuring safe drinking water is available for decades to come.
