Last week our Alberta Industrial team received the Safety Team of the Year award at the Alberta Mine Safety Association’s (AMSA)’s inaugural Mine Safety Awards!
The Mine Safety Awards recognize teamwork, dedication and innovation of companies, committees and individuals who actively contribute to thriving safety cultures and ensuring the safety of workers. The Safety Team of the Year award recognizes the work of a team for their exceptional employee engagement and innovative approaches to safety at a mine site.
At Graham, we’re always looking for ways to enhance our safety performance through planning, worker engagement and training initiatives. As a long-standing member and active participant in AMSA, we support their goal of ensuring Alberta mines are safe workplaces while driving serious injury and fatality prevention (SIF) in our industry.
