Located in Seattle’s vibrant, urban Lower Queen Anne Neighborhood, this HUD project features one and two bedroom live/work apartments. Zella Apartments is a 114,000 sf building with seven floors of housing totaling 128 units. Amenities include a fitness room, basement-level dog washing station, and a 7,000 sf landscaped rooftop deck with a dog walk, grilling station, and herb garden. It also has 52 parking stalls on two levels belowgrade. This is a certified LEED Silver project.
