Graham was contracted to design, fabricate, supply and install two pre-engineered steel buildings totalling 11,000 sq.ft. The scope also included civil, mechanical, electrical, architectural finishes, and the erection and commissioning of a gantry crane.

Graham was also contracted to construct foundations and complete the civil works including the supply and installation, quality control, testing and pre-commissioning of the foundations, civil works, and architectural portions of the power plant, transformer yard and auxiliary equipment. This contract also included mechanical construction services for the installation of three GE LM6000 Gas Turbine Generators including balance of plant piping, equipment, and services.
