Location: Pullman, WA
The Olympia Avenue student residence is a new six-story building with a total area of 76,100 sqft. It was specifically designed to provide housing for students, with a capacity to accommodate 230 students in its 117 units. The construction of this student residence is a significant milestone for the Pullman campus, as it is the first new student housing development since 1972. The building was designed with flexibility in mind, allowing it to adapt to changing needs over time. Moreover, sustainability and improved student living were important considerations during the planning and construction process.
The top five floors of the building are dedicated to residents’ rooms. Each floor offers a variety of housing options, including apartments, two- and four-bedroom suites, traditional dorm rooms, and community restrooms.
