Whitworth University HUB – Career Services TI

This project is a 3,000 square foot tenant improvement project at Whitworth University, located inside the Hixson Union Building. The name of the new space which was the old bookstore is now called the “Center for Career and Professional Development.”

This was a fast track project schedule that was initially, over budget, but VE $100K within days to get the project going. The wood walls and wood ceiling were from multiple subs which necessitated strong coordination to match design expectations.
