University of the Fraser Valley Faculty Office Interior Renovation

This renovation and tenant improvement project entails the demolition of the existing faculty offices and washrooms on level 3 of Building D at UFV’s Abbotsford campus and to provide interior renovation to the whole floor with new faculty office layout. Renovation work will include new ceiling, DIRTT integrated modular partitions, refinishing of the existing washrooms, and associated mechanical, plumbing, fire suppression, electrical and communication modification associated with the new layout. The total area of renovation is about 14,000 sq. ft. and the rest of the building is intended to continue to be operational throughout the construction period.

The outcome of the renovation is to provide a collaborative working and learning environment that foster engagement for both staff and students. Graham will provide Preconstruction services with Construction slated to start in March 2022.
