Strategically positioned just a five-minute walk from Washington State University (WSU) campus, the 55,780 sq. ft. development offers fully furnished 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units with private bedrooms and bathrooms, energy-efficient washers and dryers in every unit, smart TVs in every living room, and contemporary modern kitchens, all catering to individual students and graduate students with families. Additionally, UC provides a resort-style pool, private study rooms, a 24-hour fitness center, outdoor lounge areas, on-site retail spaces, and a secure mailroom. This 4-building project was delivered under tight timelines with incremental occupancy dates for each individual building, necessitating detailed and careful construction logistics and planning. It was awarded just as the extraordinary inflationary pressures after the COVID pandemic were affecting our industry. Despite these challenges, the buildings were delivered on schedule and under budget.
