The Paramount

Adjacent to the existing Canada Line SkyTrain station, The Paramount mixed-use development will redefine the standards of living and working within the Richmond neighborhood.

This four-tower iconic community includes three, 15-storey residential towers with 530 luxury residences and 27 market-rental units; a 12-storey (118,00 sq. ft.) office tower with 24,000 sq. ft. of ground level retail space and a 375,00 sq. ft. four level parkade. The office tower also includes a 16,000 sq. ft. Early Childhood Development Hub ‘ECDH’ for the City of Richmond. Resident amenities at The Paramount will include a spa & wellness centre, fitness centre, esports game room, outdoor entertainment lounge, wine room, private kitchen and dining room, business club, guest suite and club lounge.

Graham has been involved in this project since conception, providing significant preconstruction services, early enabling work, abatement and demolition of the main site, soil densification and the construction of a DSM water cut-off perimeter wall. Graham has also completed the construction of the sales presentation centre.

Substantial completion is slated for April 2022.
