Sunrise Elementary School

This project involved a full renovation of the 53,673 sq. ft. building and a 20,824 sq. ft. of addition, giving the facility a total 74,498 sq. ft. The interior was redesigned from an open concept without classroom walls, to match modern learning and safety standards. The project included and security upgrades, new direct day light windows in every classroom, new classroom furniture, a new energy saving heating and air conditioning system, new playground equipment, and additional parking, and reconfiguration of parent and bus drop-off sites.
