Summit Pacific Wellness Center

The Summit Pacific Medical Center is a multi-story 60,000 sf medical office building. The facility offers outpatient care services including primary care, specialty care, lab and diagnostic imaging services, pharmacy, several community conference and education rooms, a rock climbing wall, outdoor plaza, community fitness trail with outdoor exercise equipment and playground. The building was built to be adaptable to the changing needs of rural healthcare within a demographic area that is anticipated to see growth and increased demand for outpatient services in the future.

The USDA provided funding for the new facility and was impressed by the collaborative approach shown by Graham, Summit Pacific and Blue Room Architecture & Design. Our communicative approach resulted in the project being delivered on-time and on-schedule. The SPWC won an award from the USDA!
