Spokane Community College Main Build South

Graham renovated the 76,100 sf Spokane Community College’s Main Building, which houses academic space, a dining facility, and various student support services. This is the first design-build project for the campus, and one of the first for the Washington Community College system. Our team’s time proven method of collaboration was demonstrated by our success controlling costs and maintaining the rigorous schedule on this project.

Our team worked with the Arts and Sciences, Business Hospitality & Information Technologies, Cosmetology, Criminal Justice, and Electronics Departments as well as a restaurant to make sure we programmed the spaces to meet their needs and the budget.
