The $12.8 million Rent-A-Car Facility included the construction of a 24,000 sf car wash and vehicle maintenance facility, 12,000 sf covered fueling and vacuuming area, vehicle and pedestrian canopies, and service booths.

The $1.9 million Parking Operations Buildings, a 3,800 sf facility, is the new headquarters to support staff who manage and operate parking facilities.

The $1.5 million, 5,600 sf Parking Operations Garage was built to house the Airport’s shuttle bus fleet and parking operations, as well as on-site snowplowing equipment.
