Sherwood Care Redevelopment – Pre-Construction Services

As a prime example of the ability to operate as an integrated One Graham team, Graham Capital, Graham Buildings, and Gracorp have signed a Letter of Intent for the development of a new campus to provide Continuing Care with Sherwood Care, one of the premier Care Providers Alberta. The project, located in Sherwood Park, includes phased construction of 254 continuing care beds and approximately 150 units of independent living.

The team will support Sherwood Care in completing their application to the Government of Alberta for significant grant funding and will match that with other forms of finance by developing an innovative structured finance approach.
