Sherwood Care Centre Redevelopment

Operating as an integrated ‘One Graham’ team, Graham Capital and Graham Construction have collaborated to provide full-spectrum project development, financing, and construction services for the new 223-bed continuing care facility in partnership with Sherwood Care, one of the premier Care Providers in Alberta. The project includes both long-term care and hospice units in a new six-story structure that is amongst the first in the province to meet modern, post-pandemic continuing care design standards and best practices in the province.

The Graham team demonstrated the clear benefits of our integrated approach and the unique value proposition of providing project development, project finance, and construction solutions under one roof. The integration of these workstreams enabled the project to move forward by securing grant funding, supplementing it with efficiently structured financing, and controlling overall costs through effective preconstruction management and value engineering support.
