SHA Urgent Care Centre

Graham was SHA’s selected proponent for delivering Construction Management Services for the Urgent Care Centre in Regina, SK. Located near the Regina Pasqua Hospital, this 1600 sq. m. (17,222 sq. ft.) single storey Urgent Care Centre is intended to provide an alternative to Emergency Departments for an illness or injury that is not life threatening, including mental health and addiction supports.

This project is currently in the pre-construction phase in which Graham is preparing detailed cost plan estimates based on the program and preliminary design information, refining the scope of work to ensure that construction costs remain within the approved budget constraints, and developing a realistic schedule of activities based on the Owner’s needs. We are also responsible for developing contracting strategies and assist with value engineering to maximize value for money, including researching alternative systems, building materials and construction methods.
