Seedlings Early Childhood Development Hub

As part of the scope of work on the new Paramount Mixed-Used Development, Graham completed the construction and fit out of a 16,000 sq. ft. early childhood development facility for the City of Richmond.

Scheduled to open early 2022, the new Seedlings Early Childhood Development Hub will provide 77 new spaces, including 12 spaces for infants and toddlers, 25 spaces for children aged three years to kindergarten, 10 preschool spaces and 30 school-age spaces. The new facility was constructed to LEED Gold standards.

This new childcare hub is one of seven being developed by the City of Richmond as part of British Columbia’s ongoing commitment to increasing access to safe and educational childcare environments through the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.
