202 Jarvis Street Redevelopment

Ryerson University, home to more than 46,000 students and over 3,800 faculty and staff, hired Graham to lead the construction of a 42-storey mixed-use residential tower to cope with booming enrollment numbers. Comprised of a 13-storey base and a 29-storey tower, this podium-tower will provide students with over 500,000-square-feet of mixed-use institutional and residential programming, including classrooms and academic facilities for the Faculty of Science. The 202 Jarvis Street project will be Canada’s largest IPD tower.
