Pulse Veterinary Specialists and Emergency Ltd

The Pulse Veterinary office renovation was completed under a negotiated lump sum contract. Graham completed improvements to an existing CRU space for the veterinary office space, administrative offices, employee spaces, patient treatment rooms, fumehood, operating rooms c/w medical gasses and an MRI Suite.

The space required significant mechanical & electrical upgrades to the base building to facilitate the HVAC requirements of the medical-type facilities & specific equipment requirements. Graham was involved from the early stages of conceptual design & budgeting through to procurement, tendering and construction. Our team worked closely with the owner, consultants and subtrade partners throughout the design phase to offer value engineering for economical design and construction execution. This allowed for a phased construction start and expedited the overall schedule.
