Parkview Towers

Located in the heart of Burnaby, across the street from the busy Metropolis Shopping Center, this 31-storey concrete high-rise, has 232 residential rental units with six rental townhomes and was constructed over an existing four level of underground parking. The development classifies as a luxury rental building and strives to provide a living space that focuses on sustainability.

The building features 9,000 sq. ft. of amenity and public space located within the lobby and the 31st floor comprising a large fitness centre, meeting room, a lounge with fireplace, games room, two TV lounges, kitchen and dining area, conference room and two large, covered balconies.

The cast-in-place concrete building has an envelope consisting of precast panels, window wall and curtain wall. The new development became the third tower on a property with two existing towers – owned and run by QuadReal – that all share the underground parkade.
