We’re Participating in Construction Inclusion Week 2022!

October 17, 2022

In 2020, a group of general contractors identified the need to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the construction industry. Construction Inclusion Week highlights our industry’s commitment to an ever-increasing need to understand how we can build a culture of caring through DEI.

Construction Inclusion Week’s mission directly aligns with Graham’s DEI commitment statement and our strategy. Graham is participating in this educational week, in support of fostering a culture that understands the importance of inclusion. A culture of inclusion is about creating an environment where employees feel valued, respected, accepted, and encouraged to fully participate in our organization. An inclusive workplace lifts everyone up to reach their full potential, it fuels innovation, builds connections, and ensures everyone can work in an environment where they feel safe.

From topics such as leadership commitment and accountability, unconscious bias, supplier diversity, jobsite culture, community engagement and philanthropy, our employees will be expanding on current knowledge and learning new topics too.

We’re proud to be a part of Construction Inclusion Week from October 17-21, 2022.
