The Parkview Towers Development in Burnaby, BC is now complete. Graham delivered the 31-storey concrete high-rise with 232 residential rental units and six 3-bedroom rental townhomes. The 262,865 sq. ft. development classifies as a luxury rental and strives to provide sustainable living spaces. The tower includes 9,000 sq. ft. of amenity and public space located in the lobby and on the 31st floor.
Parkview Tower will become Tower 3 on a property with two other towers. The new tower was placed on top of an area that was previously part of an existing two-storey, underground parkade which was demolished. The new four-storey, below-grade parkade ties into the remaining existing parkade on P1 and P2.
