One of Alberta’s Top Employers

January 26, 2021

For the 13th consecutive year, Graham has been named one of this year’s Top 70 Employers in Alberta. Graham was selected because of its strong culture, career and growth opportunities (including mobility across divisions and geographic locations), internal learning and development programs, and its employee-ownership structure.

“We want to expose our people to as much of the business as possible, so that two years in, they’re more broadly developed than if they’d just worked on one project,” says Alisdair Dickinson, Vice-President, HR. “It is a great achievement to be among the province’s top employers again this year.”

Employers were evaluated by the editors at Canada’s Top 100 Employers using the same criteria as the national competition: (1) Physical Workplace; (2) Work Atmosphere & Social; (3) Health, Financial & Family Benefits; (4) Vacation & Time Off; (5) Employee Communications; (6) Performance Management; (7) Training & Skills Development; and (8) Community Involvement. Employers are compared to other organizations in their field to determine which offer the most progressive and forward-thinking programs.
