Congratulations to Colin Smith-Windsor, Senior Operations Manager, for being named as one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 in Canadian Construction!

We’re proud of Colin for being recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 and are fortunate to have him on the Graham team. Colin displays exceptional leadership abilities easily earning the respect of his peers and teams. Colin’s outreach work is extensive and notable, including his work with Indigenous partners and has taken a leading role in the Progressive Aboriginal Relations (PAR) certification program through the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business. Colin also supports partnership initiatives with  post-secondary engineering programs and is heavily involved with professional associations.
