Building Out Bothell, WA

Graham has been selected as the general contractor to deliver the new Alexan Bothell project, located in downtown Bothell, WA. This mixed-use building will consist of 538,620 sq. ft. and include 369 residential rental units.

The project is made up of three levels of a post-tensioned concrete podium, with four levels of wood framed structure. It will include a tapered roof framing package and high-end residential finishes throughout. Amenities include a level-six viewing deck, fitness room/yoga center, kid’s room, four individually tailored courtyards, dog wash, parking garage, conference rooms, exterior art wrap at the south elevation and retail shells. The development is located across the street from trails, parks, museums and a library.

Construction is slated to begin next month.
