B6 Office Tower was awarded the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate 2024 Award for ‘Best Office Lease’ (Vancouver).
The NAIOP awards are given to outstanding office projects that show great architectural significance, design, innovation, creativity, as well as market and community impact.
B6 Office Tower
The B6 Office Tower is located on the corner of West Pender and Thurlow (1090 West Pender) in downtown Vancouver, BC. The new B6 Office Tower includes seven levels of below-grade parking, a three-level retail podium, 533,000 square feet of office space, and several tenant amenity spaces, including three outdoor terraces, with a large rooftop terrace that overlooks Vancouver’s downtown core.
Designed to LEED Gold standards and targeting WELL Gold, the building also incorporates Passive House elements, including vertical glass fins to reduce sun exposure, triple-glazed curtain wall construction, and a green roof. Other sustainable elements include the green roof, rainwater harvesting, triple-glazed glass, low-flow fixtures, and high-efficiency elevators.
Graham worked with BentallGreenOak (BGO) during the pre-construction phase providing full pre-construction services including constructability advice. Graham is responsible for the core and shell construction only.
