Morgan (Ellensburg) Middle School

The project included approximately 63,000 sf of modernization and 56,000 sf of new addition. The modernization preserved and restored the facility’s oldest and most historic elements including the original classroom wing, gymnasium, and 700-seat auditorium. The addition will replace the aging single-story classroom additions that have outlived their usefulness. The new addition pays tribute and enhances the original historic façade yet provide comprehensive functional 21st century instruction.
