Graham was selected by Simon Properties as the General Contractor for the prestigious Marriott Residence Inn Northgate project. This ambitious endeavor marks the commencement of a larger master planned redevelopment of the vibrant Northgate area envisioned by Simon Properties, which will encompass multiple hotels, office towers, and retail areas.

The Marriott Residence Inn Northgate will stand tall as a seven-story hotel, occupying an expansive area of 114,000 sqft.
