Lendrum Redevelopment

Graham was selected to lead the construction of two new 6-storey affordable housing apartment buildings on the existing Lendrum project site in Edmonton, Alberta. Designed by Rockliff Pierzchajlo Kroman (RPK) Architects, the site features a total of 120 residential living spaces, courtyard & public thoroughfare, a small-scale commercial space, multi-purpose room. The two apartments are constructed on top of a combined underground parkade, with each building being serviced by two elevators.
