Langley 200

Location: Langley, British Columbia

Langley 200 consists of two buildings. The first building is a four-storey steel and slab-on-metal-deck inner frame with concrete tilt-up panel structure over a single level, secured underground parkade. The second consists of a six-storey cast-in-place concrete structure over an underground parkade. The main floors of the buildings are available for retail use, and all levels above are slated for multi tenant offices. The buildings’ exterior consists of large curtain wall windows and distinctive architectural features.

In addition to the construction of the base buildings, a number of Tenant Improvement projects were added to Graham’s scope including the anchor tenant Deloitte, Great West Life, and Lindsay Kenney LLP, all of which feature state-of-the-art offices and meeting rooms with high end finishes.
