Keheewin Development – Pre-Construction Services

The Keeheewin Development project represents an ongoing relationship between Graham and Civida. As the largest affordable housing provider in the Edmonton area Civida’s aim is to empower their residents and to create healing, sustainable and accessible homes.
The new development consists of two four-storey apartment buildings with below-grade parkade; as well as 26 – two-storey townhouse buildings. The design approach complies with Passive House Canada Certification and Net Zero Energy requirements. The buildings are design with modularity in mind, which allows for flexibility as the team works through the final programming requirements for the facility. Keeping with the Net Zero approach, the site design incorporates an open space with stormwater management pond.
Our team is excited to be part of this development which brings a park-like atmosphere with a focus on accessibility, gathering and green space to a mature and developed neighbourhood.
