Grenfell Hotel & Active Adult Apartments

This project included the construction of a 3 storey wood frame building. Half of the buildings serves as a hotel and the other half as an active adult living apartment. The building contains 18 apartments and 31 hotel suites. The building also has an attached at grade parking garage and a 3000 ft2 banquet hall.

Each apartment is approximately 1,200 square feet and contains 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, insuite laundry and a large private balcony. Six of the hotel suites have kitchenettes.
