Golder Associates – Project ONE

This fast-tracked Tenant Improvement project features a new, four-storey 151,000 ft2 office space for key tenant Golder Associates Engineering in Building 6 of Broadway Tech Centre.

The new LEED Gold office space includes a modernized open office layout with unique window graphics, high-end finishes and a state-of-the-art acoustical system which allows for superb acoustical performance within the office. The space also features a full-size gym facility, massage rooms, lunchroom and a rooftop patio.

This project had a very tight schedule with three phases of work running concurrently in order to meeting the client’s strict move in date. Having met all the client’s milestone dates Graham successfully turned over the project on schedule.
