Incorporating the Calgary Beltline’s vision of authentic, livable and diverse high-density urban community, Fifteen15 is a 23-storey residential tower that caters to the young urban professional. This 178-unit apartment complex includes a four-level underground parkade, along with amenities such as storage lockers, fitness facility, a landscaped roof and BBQ area. On the ground floor, the building consists of a two-storey podium with street-facing city home flats providing direct access to 16th Ave SW, as well as an interactive lobby with office and social lounge areas. This building was designed to be LEED Silver equivalent.
