EKOS Tenant Improvements

The EKOS Tenant Improvements project involved the comprehensive interior renovation and build-out of a 60,000 sqft space. EKOS, a medical device company specializing in the disruption and dissolution of blood clots. The project encompassed various functional areas to meet the specific needs of EKOS, including general office space, breakrooms, hard wall offices, and conference rooms.

To support the technological infrastructure, IDF closets were strategically placed throughout the facility. R&D laboratories, including one wet lab and one electronics lab, were constructed to facilitate product development and testing. Instrument service areas established to maintain and service equipment. The project also included the creation of warehouse space and shipping/receiving facilities to support the logistics needs of EKOS. Exterior improvements were made to enhance the functionality and accessibility of the facility, including the installation of a roll-up door and exterior canopies for loading docks.
