Earl Grey Golf Club Clubhouse
Location: Calgary, AB
This project comprised the demolition of the existing clubhouse, site work, and the construction of a new clubhouse with multiple finish types to achieve a high-end architectural look. The new clubhouse features a large dining area, lounge, and banquet hall on the upper level, and pro-shop, professional golf simulation hitting bays, putting green and locker rooms, complete with steam rooms, on the lower level.
The new build is in the same location as the old clubhouse; however, it is now orientated to provide users with stunning views of the reservoir and golf course.
For the new Clubhouse, Graham worked with the owner to provide a facility that both functions to their current needs and helps expand membership and business. The end result was a long-term sustainable building that is capable of accommodating multiple functions at the same time and allows members to use the golf and dining facilities year-round.
