Ten employees from our Saskatoon location spent a few hours at Saskatoon’s busiest hospital, providing volunteer services in support of the their radiothon fundraising campaign, Ready When You Aren’t.
Proudly wearing their red Graham Cares shirts, the team manned phones and collected donations. In addition to taking calls, Grant Grenier, Superintendent, Banff Constructors, co-hosted the morning show on 92.9 The Bull to help bring awareness and raise donations for the cause.
In total, the radiothon raised more than $647,000 for the RUH Foundation – including Graham’s $10,000 donation – which will go towards the Hospital’s six priority areas for 2020: Trauma Care, Community Mental Health Endowment, Saskatchewan’s Colorectal Cancer Institute, Epilepsy Monitoring Unit and Priority Equipment and Lecture Theatre Upgrades.
