Costco Warehouse – Regina

Location: Regina, SK

Prior to construction, this project required clearing and grubbing of 18 acres of land along with the installation of all site utilities including water, storm and sanitary sewer, gas and electrical. The storm sewer system also included a 2400 sqm underground retention tank to permit the acceptable flows into the City of Regina storm water collection system. Additional underground work included three (3) fuel tanks for the fuel bars and large grease interceptor pits for food services.

Once this phase was completed, Graham constructed the new 14,400 sqm (155,312 sqft) commercial sales, steel building complete with 4 bay service centre, tire shop, 6 loading docks, fuel station and propane island. The building construction, gas bar, and extensive site development for the Regina Costco Warehouse was completed in a very tight time frame (120 days) while at the same time providing the highest standards of workmanship and quality that Costco demands in their building requirements.
