Costco Rosewood New Store

This project was a much anticipated second Costco store for the City of Saskatoon. It comprised of a 14,492 sqm (156,000 sqft) commercial sales, pre-engineered steel warehouse complete with 5-bay tire install, propane station, 692 parking stalls, and a 4-island fuel facility. The building construction, gas bar, and extensive site development providing the high standards of workmanship and quality that Costco demands in their building requirements.
