As one of Costco’s two preferred contractors, Graham provides renovation services, as well as general contracting services for Costco Wholesale facilities. These buildings include retail stores as well as separate gas stations. The Costco construction program is delineated by a stringent schedule not to exceed 110 working days. Under these constraints, our very efficient project teams have met each retail store’s final deadline, some even including a stand-alone gas station. Although the panels of the envelope are prefabricated, there is no typical or modular methodology included in these projects—this bodes to the more impressive fact that although the stores are similar in program, including product floors, pharmacies, optical, tire service stations, etc., schedule is always maintained by our teams, if not bettered.
