Centre Square Place Condominiums

The Centre Square Place Condominiums provide 71 upscale urban residences in a 10 storey concrete structure with a 4 level underground parkade located near Wascana Lake and downtown Regina. Graham was awarded the $16 million project as Construction Manager to perform the foundation package, tower structure and building envelope on a fast track basis. Graham worked closely with the architect and owner to control costs as the design and construction progress. The unit finish construction was provided by the owner independent of the Graham CM contract.
