Central City West Parkade Expansion

The Central City West Parkade expansion project included the addition of roughly 116,000 sq. ft. over two floors to the existing four level parkade adding 400 new parking stalls to total 1,830 stalls, the modernization of three elevators, new landscaping with programmable façade lighting and a new green façade. The project scope also comprised a new curved pedestrian sky bridge linking the parkade to the adjacent Surrey Central Office Tower.

Graham provided 10 months of extensive preconstruction and design services (budgeting, constructability, logistics) alongside the consultant teams and Graham’s Infrastructure team.
