Canadian Forces Military Police Academy

The 100,000-square-foot Canadian Forces Military Academy provides career, specialist, and security-related training to Canada’s military personnel. The training centre, located in Borden, Ontario, consists of a central core comprised of a library and heritage hall, with three wings housing lecture spaces, training rooms, and forensic-identification facilities. Canada’s cadets cut their teeth by in physical training areas outfitted with mock-ups of police stations, detention facilities, and residential accommodations. Additional training facilities include a laser-shooting simulation room, a driving-simulation room, and an 82-foot indoor-shooting range.
