Brand Tractor – Shop Expansion

This expansion project consisted of erecting a pre-engineered metal building that was tied into the existing exterior wall of the current shop. An overhead crane runs the length of the existing shop and 125’ into the new shop. The new shop adds 1,207 sqm (13,000 sq.ft.) to the 1,021 sqm (11,000 sq.ft.) existing shop. An 8” thick 250 m³ polished concrete floor slab was poured. Graham self-performed the grade beam forming and pouring, backfilling, the exterior apron placing and finishing, interior liner panel install, and wall protection. The facility and yard remained operational throughout construction with little to no disruption to the day-to-day business activities.
