Ballard Blocks II

The Ballard Blocks II project is a comprehensive development consisting of three separate parcels in Seattle. Each parcel offers unique amenities and spaces to cater to different needs:

Parcel A comprises a single-story building spanning 25,000 sqft. This building features a rooftop terrace and an additional 1,500 sqft. of office mezzanine space. It also includes one level of parking below grade.

Parcel B is a five-story mixed-use building that combines various functions.
