Austin Works Yard
Location: Coquitlam, British Columbia
Utilizing the existing Austin Works Yard location in Coquitlam, the Graham team will repurpose the existing land for a new 43,000 sq. ft. Fleet Maintenance and Workshop Building.
The scope of work comprises the expansion and paving of the western portion of the existing Yard and associated bulk storage; abatement and demolition of the existing Fleet Maintenance Building and Auxiliary Building; Conversion of the existing workspaces within the Water Sewer Utility Building to administrative spaces; and Intersection and frontage improvement along Austin Ave. All of the work will be competed all while the existing Works Yard remains in operation.
Graham provided 12 months of preconstruction services before commencing construction in January 2022.
