Located in downtown Bothell, Washington, this mixed-use development spans 542,000 square feet and includes 369 thoughtfully designed residential rental units.
Design and Construction
This complex combines three levels of post-tensioned concrete podium with four levels of wood-framed construction. The architectural design is highlighted by high-quality finishes and a unique tapered roof framing package, blending structural innovation with aesthetic appeal.
